Description Sold by the pack. A scientifically developed gelatin capsule that contains an EPA approved topical insecticide and is designed to work in conjunction with the VetGun™ (sold separately). Contains lambda-cyhalothrin insecticide in the VetCap capsule which is proven effective for control of horn flies and lice on cattle. Capsules are engineered to withstand transportation and handling, yet burst upon contact with the animal when fired from the VetGun™ 15 to 30 feet away from the cattle. Reduces stress and labor as there is no need to handle the cattle in a chute. Can be used on cattle of all ages that weigh more than 600 lbs.contains 1.50% Lambda-cyhalothrin and 7.5% Piperonyl ButoxideTreatment for flies can be repeated as needed but not more often than once every 2 weeks and do not apply more often than 4 times within any 6 month period. For optimal lice control, an initial application followed by a second treatment 2 weeks later is recommended. Does not control grubs.
